Biking: Pennal forest Wind Direction: Wind Stength: Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: sunny Max Speed: Distance Covered: A gorgous sunny evening and Id been working all day. So at 8.30 pm gave Mart a call, and we headed up the woods. First time going more than a few miles on the stinky, and the initial 2 mile ascent was pretty tough. The combo of the weight of the bike and the huge 2.5 tyres made climbing tough, even tho the forks where locked right down to 140mm, the shock was closed right up and the seat was as high as poss. When it got to the down hill however, it was all worth while :O Martyn said he was peddeling flat out trying to stay with me, but I kept going out of sight. It stupidly smooth eben in the dodgiest sections, and on steep down hills where Im normally coasting or braking, I was pushing for more speed :) I could go on all night. Awesome tho, super smooth, oh and hits the jumps sweetly! |
